Who do we share your information with?
Uncle Genius will not sell consumers’ personal information at any time. We use a select number of trusted external service providers for technical data analysis, processing, and/or storage. These providers are prudently selected and meet high data protection and security standards and we only share information with them that is required for the services offered. In addition to services providers, other third parties may include:
Internal parties – we share your Personal Information with companies in our group, as well as our employees, in order to provide you with our services including but not limited to the following.
- Service Providers – We may engage with third-party companies and individuals to facilitate services or perform services related to the administration of the service of your site (maintenance, payments, website analytics, and administration, etc.). We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain this information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
When you submit sensitive information via the Site, your information is protected. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and securely transmitted to us. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “HTTPS” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Even though we try our best we can not guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.

We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. Our website and services are not directed to or intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
